Service Technician Responsibilities: * Diagnose HVAC problems and successfully repair them. * Follow dispatched procedures before and after each call. * Accurately produce quotes and invoices within company program (will train). Recording all details from service calls, acquiring signatures for invoices and quotes, collecting payments onsite, and emailing customer supporting documents. * Notifying office of any part replacements and return warranty parts to distributor. * Turn in customer payments to office along with all purchase receipts by next working day. * Keep vehicle clean and notify office of any problems or required maintenances. * Able to climb ladders, work on roofs, and in attics. *Install New construction duct work and HVAC systems.
